Nick Pointer is Associate Dean at Ambition Institute, overseeing the design and delivery of school improvement programmes for teachers and school leaders. His work focuses on using the latest research in education and psychology to inform teaching practices and professional development. He specialises in instructional coaching, delivering training in the UK and internationally. In the classroom, Nick has worked in UK state schools as a science teacher and leader.
