Doug is the co-author of Practice Perfect, Reading Reconsidered, Teaching in the Online Classroom, and Reconnect. Doug has a bachelors in English from Hamilton College and MA in Literature from Indiana University and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. Doug and his wife Lisa have three children and live upstate New York.
